Nestled in the heart of Loudoun County, Cascades Park Community Association (Peace Plantation) is a well-established community of single-family homes and townhomes. Enjoy a variety of amenities and convenient access to parks, dining, shopping, excellent schools, and major commuter routes.
Our HOA meetings are held at the community Clubhouse on the second Monday of each month at 7 PM, with the Annual Meeting and Board elections in September. There is no meeting in December.
