Cascades Park Pool Will Open This Saturday
The swim season at The Cascades Park Homeowners Association pool at 21811 Mornington Crescent Terrace begins annually on the Saturday prior to Memorial Day (weather permitting). Premier Aquatics will provide professional pool management services and you must have a pool pass to enter the facility.
Pool Hours ***
- Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays, 11am to 8pm
- Wednesdays, 3pm to 9pm
*** During public school days the pool will be open from 4 pm to 8pm
Pool Passes
Annual pool passes are mailed out. If you are new to the neighborhood or need additional passes, please contact Lizette Rivera of SFMC, Inc. at lrivera@sfmcinc.com. Additional day use passes are available at the pool during normal hours. Please destroy any unused passes.
Outstanding Accounts
Passes are NOT issued to those whose accounts are in arrears. To find out the status of an account, please contact Susan Scogno of SFMC at (703) 392-6006 x214 or by e-mail, sscogno@sfmcinc.com.
Pool Admittance
Residents must have a valid pool pass to be admitted to the pool. The guards will strictly enforce the use of these pool passes for admittance. No one will be admitted to the pool without a valid annual pass. This ensures that only pool members and their guests use the pool. Unauthorized use of any resident or guest pass could result in the suspension of pool use privileges.
Please sign in when entering the pool area. Information obtained from the sign-in sheets will be used to monitor pool operations.
Important Notes
- Familiarize yourself with the posted pool rules, located at the pool facility. They will be enforced.
