Covenants Committee Volunteers Needed!
The Cascades Park HOA is looking for volunteers to serve on the Covenants Committee (CC). The CC is a committee of three (3) volunteer members who support the efforts of the Board of Directors by reviewing individual applications for exterior modification. The successful efforts of the CC have helped members preserve and enhance the value of their homes, which helps maintain the architectural harmony within the Cascades Park community. Volunteering has great benefits for the member and is a great way to help support the community association. Time demands are relatively minimal and processed applications are delivered to the Board of Directors at their monthly meeting.
