Trash and Recycling Services

Our community partners with Patriot Disposal for trash and recycling collection. Below is the important information regarding services for both single-family homes and townhomes:

Service Schedule:

Trash: Collected every Tuesday and Friday.
Recycling: Collected every Tuesday.
Yard Debris: Now collected on Saturdays (please note the change in day).

Service Bins:

Single-Family Homes: Receive a 96-gallon Patriot Trash Toter and a 64-gallon Recycling Bin.
Townhomes: Receive a 64-gallon Patriot Trash Toter and an 18-gallon Recycling Bin.

Bulk Item Pick-Up:
If you have large items like furniture, appliances, or electronics that need to be disposed of, contact Patriot Disposal directly at 703-257-7100 to schedule a pick-up and get pricing information. Do not leave bulk items on the curb unless you have arranged for a specific pick-up time.

Reminder:
Items should be placed at the curb either the evening before or on the morning of your scheduled collection day. Unscheduled bulk items will not be picked up.
